The aims of this study were evaluated testosterone levels in saliva and seminal plasma and correlate these informations with libido and sperm production of two lines of boars.The hormonal analysis was done using hobbit door for sale ELISA (Enzyme Linked Immuno Sorbent Assay) and test F and Sperman correlation of SAS program was used for statistical analysis.There was no difference (P>0.05) between boar lines and testosterone levels in saliva and seminal plasma, collection length, semen volume and concentration and sperm motility and viability.
